Tea, Mrs. Rajam?

Rosie took the tea to Mrs. Rajam’s room on the second floor. She found her sitting by the window in her wheelchair.
“Rosie, have you done what I asked you to do?” without turning to look at Rosie.
Rosie’s hands trembled as she took the tea to Mrs. Rajam. She could not look her in the eye and kept mum.
“So the answer to my question is ‘NO’, is it?” She demanded an answer. She sipped her tea delicately from the shaking hands of Rosie. Mrs. Rajam was paralyzed neck down in an accident four years ago.
After having her tea, she slept never to be awake again.
